About me

I’m Chloe, a BACP-registered integrative counsellor based in Sale, Greater Manchester. I hold a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I work online with adults aged 18 and over.

Many of the people I see feel overwhelmed, stuck, or as though they’re carrying more than they let on. You might be juggling work, family and everyday responsibilities while feeling there’s little space left for you.

My role is to offer a genuine, confidential space where you can say things out loud and begin to make sense of them, at a pace that feels manageable. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we start.

Frequently asked questions

What is it like to work with you?

Sessions are led by you. You can talk openly without feeling judged or rushed, and I’ll draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on what feels most useful to you.

I’ve never had counselling before — is that okay?

Of course. Most people feel nervous at first, and that’s completely normal. There’s nothing to prepare and no right words to find. We’ll go at your pace.

How long will I need counselling for?

That’s entirely up to you. Some people come for a few weeks, others stay longer. We’ll review how things are going regularly, and there’s no minimum commitment.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. What you share is treated confidentially, with a small number of exceptions relating to safety. These are explained in full in your counselling agreement before we begin.

Do you offer face-to-face sessions?

Not at the moment, though I hope to offer face-to-face and walk-and-talk sessions in future. Many people find online sessions more relaxed, as you’re in your own space with a cup of tea to hand.
